The deionization system is used to produce high-quality demineralized water by ensuring contact with cationic and anionic resins in the exchange column. The system guarantees the production of DEMI water and is automated thanks to the PLC system capable of controlling the production and regeneration step by step.

Applied in the automotive industry, it ensures a ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) approach. In this unit, it is possible to work in a recirculation circuit (DEMI SYSTEM -> DEMI VESSEL -> DEMI SYSTEM), allowing us to reduce water consumption and the ion load on the resins.  Liquid Discharge), in questa unità è possibile lavorare in un circuito di ricircolo (DEMI SYSTEM -> DEMI VESSEL -> DEMI SYSTEM), possiamo ridurre il consumo di acqua e il carico di ioni sulle resine.
